All Genuine Parts are covered by our 24-month Parts Warranty so if anything needs repairing or replacing within that time, it will be done free of charge.

Jaguar’s network of retailers provide a range of courtesy services to minimize disruption to your working day. Retailers can arrange to collect and deliver from your home or office, or alternatively provide a courtesy car*.

For all new vehicles built from 1st July 2013 onwards, the Jaguar service history will be stored in a secure database. Your records are easily accessible by contacting any Jaguar Retailer who will be able to give you a print-out or electronic copy.
By having access to your business vehicles’ history, you or your Fleet Manager can ensure you don’t miss or repeat services, check when your next service is due as well as have access to proof of past services should you require work to be completed under warranty.
All new Jaguars come with our three-year manufacturer’s warranty. If any part needs repairing or replacing due to a manufacturing defect, the work will be done by a Jaguar Authorised Repairer, using genuine Jaguar parts, all free of charge.
